ALCOHOL TESTING IN THE APPLICATION
I created an invention that could be a variety for alcohol testing. You will not need to buy any breathalyser for this. The user who downloads the app must first record their voice when they are sober. The principle is an artificial intelligence that will recognize by the sentence you say how much you have already drunk. For the sake of reliability, of course, more testing is needed, more research is needed. But how do I protect all this while I test it, do experiments so no one copies it?
In response to the question, we would like to point out that the invention may be patented in order to protect it. However, according to the Law on Patents of the Republic of Lithuania, a patentable invention must meet certain criteria.
Entertainment show how to protect her idea?
I have been working in the entertainment world for many years, having graduated from US Entertainment Management. I participate in and am interested in many shows and have come up with good content for the show - an idea I would like to sell to our TV or foreign channels. But how can I protect the idea of the show itself, because if I tell it in detail, it can be appropriated?
Research laboratory in foreign countries
We plan to rent a research lab abroad that has the resources we need. There, we plan to create and test our potentially new prototype and patent the invention. How to protect against potential risks and what you need to know?
INTERNET SHOPPING AND DATA COLLECTION
When making a purchase on the website I was asked to fill in the details related to my home address, although I chose delivery via post office. Is it so legal to collect e. business data because it's really redundant information?
